I retained mayflower movers from their rep in Martha’s Vineyard. The experience with her, Katie Dawson was absolutely amazing. She itemized our inventory and measured valuable art for crating; her quote was fair and appropriate; the 3 movers on her team the day of the move were careful in packing and pre built all the crates ahead of time. They were always courteous and professional. She made sure to be there personally for the entire move. I would highly recommend mayflower movers. Kudos!

Brookline Transport did an excellent job for me. They showed up at a house I was selling on time, packed belongings and disassembled 2 Ikea beds (no small task). A few months later, they again showed up on time at my new house, carried in all the boxes, put furniture in place and reassembled an Ikea bed. As I unpacked all the items they packed, I was impressed with the quality of the packing. The boxes were marked extremely well. I am a satisfied customer!

This was a superb, professional crew. Our art and fragile items were carefully wrapped, transported and placed in our new home. Every aspect from packing to unloading (Everything— a whole houseful) was handled quickly and carefully. They were courteous and friendly in addition to their competence. Their speed made the move less expensive than we had anticipated. We recommend them without reservation.

Great experience working with the team! I had horrifying past experiences with movers and did lots of research ahead of time to narrow down my options. Utilized Snap Moves, which proved to be very convenient. The movers who came were efficient and thorough. Worth every penny!

I had to ship an antique bedroom set from New England to the Gulf Coast. 3 movers from Brookline, an agent company for Mayflower, came to my house and carefully packed each piece in my front yard, as requested. The pieces included a large dresser mirror that is very fragile. When the furniture arrived at its destination, the recipient reported to me that "The furniture was so well packed that it took me 4 days to upwrap it!" Thank you, Brookline, for taking such good care of these family heirlooms. I can highly recommend this company.

We were extremely satisfied and happy with this company! Their service was outstanding and professional at all times. They were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and other belongings, and took great care in wrapping and moving it all. We needed to store our belongings in storage for several weeks, and I was apprehensive at first; however, as I watched them work so diligently, I felt very secure. The movers were awesome. The initial assessment, move-out, and move-in were made extremely simple for me. I would highly recommend Mayflower. The move was admittedly expensive (MA to MN), but made much easier with Mayflower.

I moved in December 2016 from Massachusetts to Oregon it was very satisfactory experience, they have a friendly and professional team. I was impress that at the end I got money back, beacouse the load was lighter than the original stimated, very honest!! I am definitely recommend them!

Mike Reynolds and his crew moved my Jamaica Plain 2BR apartment housing me, my wife, and 8 month old son. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. A four person crew packed us up from 830AM-630PM or so. They worked very quickly and efficiently with great team work. They were all very comfortable with each other and made the packing more enjoyable. Unpacking was great too. A two-person crew (including Mike again) unpacked us from 830AM-430PM or so. Again, they worked very quickly and efficiently.Altogether, they were always friendly, always professional, and in the end nothing was broken or unaccounted for. We were blown away by how carefully they wrapped each of our dishes, cups, etc. It made unwrapping a bit insane with huge piles of paper but I think that's par for the course.The total cost was about $5500 including full pack. It was a great value compared to a lot of the other estimates I received. They also did an in-home estimate before they packed up so I got a "will not exceed" estimate. I'd go with them again in a heartbeat!

My move last Saturday was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. The three movers were extremely efficient, friendly, careful, and hard-working. They go they move done fast and before it started snowing yet again. I can’t say enough positive things about the caliber of people they are and the work they performed. I'm going to recommend BTI/Mayflower to anyone who needs a mover.
